Unifying contacts is OmniDirectory's role in the PeterConnects product family, bringing together an organisation's employees, partners and customers into a single directory.
PeterConnects OmniDirectory allows organisations of all sizes to create a compressive yet easy to use corporate directory that can include employees, customers and partners giving the organisation one view of the world it needs to connect with. It is more then a telephone directory, all contact details are incorporated including the employee's reachability status and all employees can access OmniDirectory via a web broswer. Available in Dutch, English, German, French, Italian and Spanish, PeterConnects OmniDirectory is made for Cisco's Unified Communications Manager and Microsoft's Skype for Business.
