JDM Software is opened Monday to Friday from 8:45-17:30 CET.
General enquires: +31 (0) 10 592 78 92.
Support enquiries: +31 (0)10 590 1567.
This service is available 24 x 7. Outside of office hours calls are forwarded to mobile telephone of support engineer on duty.
Email enquiries: support@jdm.nl or create a case on our support website www.jdm-support.com. These cases will be attended to on the next business day.
If a customer has extended support hours, please call the 24 x 7 support number to make sure the engineer on duty is aware of the newly created (urgent) case.
